Share a student with your team
Give co-teachers and providers access to the same student so everyone sees one progress picture.
Students often have several providers: a special education teacher, a speech therapist, an OT. Sharing lets each of them work from the same record.
Share a student
- Open the student’s action menu.
- Choose Share Student.
- Pick the colleague to share with and confirm.
Stop sharing
If a student was shared with you and you no longer serve them, open the action menu and choose Remove Shared Student. The student stays with the teacher who shared them.
Sharing is part of district plans. If you don’t see it, ask your administrator or contact us.
