Log progress data

Record a session in seconds with percentages, trials, frequency or duration, plus notes and photos.

Log a session

  1. Open the student, then the goal.
  2. Click Log Progress.
  3. Enter the score. The fields match how the goal is measured:
    • Percentage: a score from 0 to 100.
    • Trials: Correct out of Total.
    • Frequency: a count of occurrences.
    • Duration: how long the behavior or task lasted.
  4. Check the Date of Session. It defaults to today; change it if you’re catching up.
  5. Optionally add an Assistance Level, Notes, and a photo or PDF of the work (JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 10 MB).
  6. Save. The point appears on the chart right away and the trend updates.
