Export progress reports
Create a PDF for one goal, one student, or a whole class, ready for meetings and families.
Reports are PDFs with charts, built from the data you’ve already logged. No copying, no formatting.
One goal
- Open the goal’s details.
- Optionally set a Start Date and End Date to cover a reporting period.
- Tick Include images to add attached work samples.
- Export.
Every goal for one student
Open the student’s action menu and choose Export All Goals.
A whole class
Pick the class from the Select class menu, open Class settings, and choose Export Class Goals. With all students selected, the option reads Export All Students Goals.
Heads up: report PDFs show the student’s name as you entered it, because they’re made for the IEP team and family. Share them the way you’d share any education record.
Download all your data
Need a spreadsheet of everything? Open Profile → Account → Your Data to download a CSV of all your goals across every student.
