Sign up, pick the right account type, and start your 30-day free trial.
Datability has two account types. Pick the one that matches how you’ll use it:
| Account type | Choose it if… |
|---|---|
| Provider | You’re a teacher, therapist or service provider tracking your own caseload. |
| Administrator | You manage Datability for a school or district and will add teachers. |
Sign up
- Go to databilityweb.com/signUp.
- Choose your Account type.
- Fill in your name, school, email and a password, or click Sign up with Google.
- Create your account. You’re signed in and your 30-day free trial starts right away. No credit card needed.
Joining your district? If your administrator gave you a school code, you’ll be asked for it right after you create your account. Missed it? Open Profile → Account → Join a District and enter it there.
Take the walkthrough
New accounts get a short guided tour. To replay it any time, open Profile → Getting Started and click Start walkthrough.
When your trial ends
Open Profile → Subscription and choose a plan: Individual for 1 year or 2 years. Your students, goals and data stay exactly where they are. District accounts are set up by your administrator; contact us about purchase orders.
